Substance Use
Whether you would like to consider changing the relationship you have with alcohol or drugs or you have a loved one who is struggling with addiction I can provide support. There are various evidence-based techniques used to help those struggling with substance related issues find relief and make important changes in their lives.
Art Therapy
Some individuals are strictly seeking talk therapy sessions while others prefer to incorporate creative arts therapy into their psychotherapy sessions. Not only does art making enrich our lives but it can also help us reduce stress, process difficult issues, decrease pain and challenge our cognitive abilities among other things. Creativity and art making can help create meaning and understand issues from new perspectives.
